It is very challenging task to implement new ERP after replacing more than 20 years old legacy/ERP system in a Pharma API manufacturing company.
We successfully understood the need, challenge, existing legacy system and new requirement of India’s leading API manufacturing company.
For more than a month we held several rounds of meetings with every department and understood their pain and requirement.
Then we developed the prototype using ERPNext. In the end, we were able to successfully convince each and every department as to how the new ERP can be beneficial to their department and organization.
